# Atlee’s Big-Budget Film Faces Setbacks: Salman Khan and Allu Arjun Exit

Atlee’s upcoming film “a6” continues to make headlines for various reasons, including its massive budget, casting decisions, and Atlee’s hefty fee. Originally planned as a two-hero film, the project was initially offered to Salman Khan. However, recent reports suggest that Salman is no longer part of the film as the producers were unwilling to invest in such an expensive venture with him.

## **Allu Arjun Also Steps Back**

Following Salman Khan’s exit, Atlee approached South superstar Allu Arjun for the project. Reports indicated that Allu Arjun had shown interest, but the latest update reveals that he has declined the offer. According to sources, Allu Arjun is not keen on multi-starrer films and prefers solo lead roles.

Atlee wanted a South superstar alongside the Bollywood actor to appeal to a pan-India audience. Initially, names like Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan were considered, but due to scheduling conflicts, they couldn’t take up the role. Later, there were speculations that Atlee had planned to cast Salman Khan alongside Hollywood star Will Smith, but the producers were unwilling to approve this casting decision.

## **Why Are Actors Refusing?**

Reports suggest that film producer Sun Pictures was hesitant to invest in such a high-budget film with Salman Khan. Due to this financial concern, Salman reportedly had to opt out of the project. Atlee even apologized to Salman for the situation.

After Salman’s departure, Atlee approached Allu Arjun, proposing a massive ₹650 crore project. Initially, there were indications of a positive response from the actor, but it has now been confirmed that he has decided against it. According to inside sources, Allu Arjun does not want to work in a multi-starrer film and is unwilling to make even a cameo appearance.

Additionally, the makers were considering casting Allu Arjun alongside Shiva Karthikeyan, but the “Pushpa” star was not pleased with the idea. Since the project was being shaped as a multi-starrer film, Allu Arjun chose to step back from it.

## **Is the Film in Trouble?**

Following these casting setbacks, another concern for the film is Atlee’s expensive remuneration. Reports suggest that the filmmaker has demanded a massive ₹100 crore as his fees. Sun Pictures is reportedly apprehensive about such financial commitments and is reconsidering their involvement in the project.

If Sun Pictures decides to step away from the film, Atlee may look for another production house. There are speculations that producer Dil Raju might step in to finance the film if other studios hesitate.

Although various industry reports have provided updates about this film, no official confirmation has been made by the makers yet. Fans are eagerly waiting to see which star will eventually headline Atlee’s ambitious project.
