👉 SRK’s office was next to theirs, and they decided to collaborate on the film. When Renuka approached SRK, he immediately agreed to invest in the project without reading the script.
👉 SRK’s principle was to invest in people, not just in scripts. He believed in Abhay Chopra’s potential and trusted him to deliver a great film.
👉 After the film’s completion, when it was time to repay the financiers with interest, SRK refused to take any interest, calling it “haram” (unacceptable for him). His support was purely to help a fellow filmmaker without any personal gain.

📌 When Ravi Chopra made Baghban, no distributor was willing to take the film. At that time, Amitabh Bachchan’s films were not doing well, and the film was considered too old-fashioned.
